I’m Jenni. My background is in corporate human rights. I still do a bit of it now, but for years it was the main event, and it was a job built on wanting to help people that burnt me out completely. I tried everything to feel better: yoga, retreats, therapy, more yoga. If I’m honest, I also did some less healthy things too: a bit too much wine, working even harder to outrun it. Nothing really landed until I found breathwork.
Breathwork, at its core, is simple: it’s the manipulation of your breath for a desired effect. Some approaches are ancient, some are new, most are a bit of both. I use a number of them. I’m qualified in transformational (conscious connected) breathwork and pranayama, I’m also certified in 9D Breathwork. While I draw on 9D’s audio tools, each journey I create carries my own voice and personal touch.
This work can shift a lot, though how fast depends on where your nervous system’s at on any given day. Making sure you’ve got a safe container to do that in properly is where I put my attention.
I also draw on reflexology, Indian head massage, and Reiki, depending on what your body needs that day. This isn’t about me telling you what’s wrong or how to fix it. I’d rather help you get quiet enough to hear that for yourself. My job isn’t to diagnose. It’s to help you listen to what your own nervous system is already saying.
What a Session Actually Is
It’s not therapy. There’s no talking it through. It’s not a massage either; I’m not there to work your muscles. It’s closer to an immersive experience: you use your breath to get into your body, and I work with whatever comes up energetically to help you either stay there or move through it.
No rush. No force. No expectation.
Two Ways to Work With Me

Safety, First, Always
Breathwork works. That’s exactly why it needs to be handled with care. It’s an unregulated industry, and I’ve seen how some spaces run: big rooms, loud energy, a lot of ego, not a lot of attention on whether everyone in the room is actually safe. That’s not how I work.
I keep my groups small on purpose. I move at your pace, not a script’s. Healing doesn’t happen because someone pushes you into a breakthrough. It happens when you feel safe enough, held enough, to let go on your own terms. Being a compassionate witness to that is the most important part of my job, and I take it seriously.
